Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. The best way to do this is to contact our customer care department at 888-206-1413 as soon as possible so we can pull the order from processing. If you wish to cancel after business hours, please send an email to support@windowfilm.com. We will follow up with an email letting you know the status of the cancellation.
Returns
Concord Window Film guarantees our products against manufacturing defects through our limited warranty. Customers should follow our warranty claim guidelines which can be found here.
To maintain the highest quality of our product, our film is final sale. Because of the fragile nature of window film, we do not restock or resell products so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reason other than manufacturing defects.
